They are 63-year-old Bryan C. Kunic, of Hollister, Calif. and 72-year-old Laura Sue Jett, of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
The incident happened around 8 a.m. Monday at Ke Iki Beach in Pupukea, when high surf swept three people into the water.
